- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay when you use our shipping service.
- How many times per week do you ship?
- We ship from the U.S. 3x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher. To avoid paying customs fees keep your purchases below $100 USD.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to you.
- How long will my package take to arrive in Jamaica ?
- After your package/s are delivered to our warehouse, it will be delivered with our next shipment to Jamaica. We ship 2 - 3 times per week. Once your package is available for pickup, you will be notified via email.
- Do I have to provide an invoice for my package?
- It is a mandatory request by the Jamaica Customs Agency that invoices must be provided for all packages arriving in the country. Failure to provide proper invoices will result in you experiencing delays with your packages or customs assigning a value to your package based on what they believe it is worth and at times this may lead to incorrect charges upon final collection/delivery of packages.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- What are your opening hours?
- Our opening hours are: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 5pm Saturday 10am - 4pm
- Where are you located?
- Our store location will be coming soon. In the meantime, you can schedule to have your packages picked up in Albert Town or in Christiana. We also offer islandwide delivery via Knutsford Express or Zipmail (Post Office) at a charge.
